BEFORE PRE-ORDERING

Customers are having some confusion regarding our pre-order terms and conditions.

Apex Replicas:
Apex Replicas require payment before they will send the models to us. From now on (not including Tru Blu Retro Livery) we will require payment for models from Apex in advance.

When we receive our invoice from Apex to pay for the models, I will send out a newsletter and individually call all members with pre-orders advising that payment is needed. Payment must be made within 7 days of being notified for members price to apply. Any orders paid for after 7 days will revert back to normal RRP.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 14days before being sold to the next customer on our waiting list.

Classic Carlectables / Biante:
For Classics and Biante, as soon as we are invoiced I will send out a newsletter and individually call each member with a pre-order in the system. The models will be in store within 3-5 days of us being invoiced. Payment is required within 7 days of being notified as we receive a discount for paying our bill within 7 days.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 14days before being sold to the next customer on our waiting list.

 
As we have over 3,500 5 Star Members, I can only call once to advise your pre-order requires payment. If your phone is unattended or you can not answer I will leave a message on voicemail / answering machine when available. It is your responsibility to keep track of your emails / pre-orders although we realise things can go wrong and we will try to help wherever we can.

If anyone would like a list of the pre-orders they have in the system please contact me and I will send through a list of your orders.
These terms will be listed on the pre-orders page of our website for your reference.

If you feel you will have troubles paying for your pre-order on time, please contact us rather than ignoring our calls / emails. We will do as much as we can to help you out.

If we are not supplied product your deposit will be refunded.
